Wrestling State Tournament from Ford Field 3/7/2026 Congratulations to Wyatt Snyder. Wyatt becomes the schools first ALL STATE Wrestler since 2016. Wyatt finished 7th overall in D1 wrestling at Ford Field this past weekend. He finished the season with a 53-8 record. Other accomplishments this season include… 1st - Herm Wilkinson Tournament 1st - MAC Blue/Gold/Silver Tournament 5th - Macomb Tournament 1st - Takedowns (135) 1st - Tech Falls (15) 2nd - Team Points (134) All State, All County, All MAC Blue, Team Captain Wyatt also holds a 3.85 GPA in the classroom. Also sending a Congratulations to Austin Helwig. Austin also competed this past weekend at Ford Field. Unfortunately for Austin he came up just short of a medal round. Austin did achieve his 100th Career Varsity Win at Ford Field. This is a major milestone for wrestlers. Other accomplishments this season include… 51-12 record 1st- Macomb County Tournament 1st- MAC Blue/Gold/Silver Tournament 5th- Herm Wilkinson Tournament 1st- Team Points (145) 1st- Falls/Pins (28) 2nd- Takedowns (120) 2nd- Tech Falls (12) All County, All MAC BLUE, Top 12 in the State for D1 at 120lbs.
